Fiesta Tuna Spaghetti

Recipe: • ½ lb spaghetti • 6 cups water • 1 tbsp olive oil • ½ tsp salt • ½ cup mayonnaise • 10 oz chunk light tuna in water • 5 oz smoked ham • 1 tbsp butter • ½ cup chopped red pepper • ½ cup chopped green onions Add spaghetti to boiling salted water with olive oil. Boil for 9 minutes stirring occasionally, remove from heat and drain well. Saute red pepper and green onions in butter add smoked ham and salt. Heat through. Combine tuna and mayonnaise with spaghetti. Add smoked ham mixture and toss lightly together. Enjoy!
