Recipe: |
2 lbs boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup diced purple onions
1/2 cup diced yellow peppers
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup diced red peppers
1tbsp of diced garlic
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of Garlic powder
2 tablespoons of all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon of Ground cumin
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1. Pre-heat large sauté pan on medium high for 2 1/2 minutes. 2.Season both sides of chicken with garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
3. Place oil in pan, let heat and throw in onions, peppers, and garlic.
4. Stir fry these ingredients for about a minute then place chicken into pan.
5. Add balsamic vinegar.
6. Cook for about 5 minutes, so juices can flow into chicken)
7. Serve with a great fresh salad.
