Recipe: Ingredients: Romano tomatoes [4] Cucumber [1 large] Yellow Onion [1/2 medium] Italian seasoning [2 dashes] Zesty Italian Dressing [1/2 bottle] Directions: 1. Wash vegetables thoroughly 2. Slice tomatoes vertically (6 pieces) 3. Slice cucumber horizontally 4. Peel and slice onion vertically [thin slices] 5. Place ingredients in medium bowl 6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning 7. Pour Zesty Italian dressing over ingredients and stir 8. Refrigerate for 2 hours 9. Stir and serve *Serves 4
