Recipe: |
1 cup of vegetable or canola oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbs. lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic chopped
4 lbs of chicken wings
Combine all ingredients, Marinate wings several hours (better overnight) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then at 450 for 10 or 15 minutes until brown.... Enjoy!!! |
