1 1/2 lbs of hamburg
1 envelope of taco seasoning
1 head of lettuce shredded
1 green pepper cut into bite size pieces
1 red pepper cut into bite size pieces
1 container of grape tomatoes cut in half
1 bottle of Catalina dressing
1 bag of nacho cheese doritos crushed
1 bag of taco cheese blend
Brown hamburg with the taco seasoning packet(follow directions on seasoning package for water amount) and drain the grease. Let hamburg cool completely. Add all remaining ingredients to cooled hamburg and mix well...If you are not going to serve immediately then hold off on the chips and catalina dressing till you serve it to avoid mushiness of the chips. Enjoy!!!
