3-4 lbs boneless beef short ribs
6 potatoes cut in bite size pieces
12 carrots cut in bite size pieces
3 celery stalks cut in bite size pieces
1 lg onion cut up
3 cans of beef broth
In a large pot combine beef broth and all the vegetables.
Cut short ribs into 1-2 inch cubes. Sear all sides in a skillet. Add beef to the pot of vegetables and broth.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!!!
