Sausage and Peppers

Recipe: 1 lb package of smoked sausage 1 small onion 1 small green pepper 1 small red pepper Sauce: 1 Tb cider vinigar 2 Tb steak sauce 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup rice cooked or desired amount. Saute sausage and onions, add peppers and saute to desired crispness. Mix sauce ingredients in a seperate bowl. Add sauce to the sausage, pepper mix and bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
