Add 1 14oz can of chick peas to a blender. Add 1/3 cup of chicken broth (beef broth or whatever broth you like). Add 2 tsp of lemon juice. Add 1 clove of garlic (add another clove depending on your choice of spiciness). Blend together and add pepper to taste.
This is a delicious and healthy snackyou can partake with pita bread.
Choose low sodium and fat free broths to go for a healthier spike. |
