Sausage and Peppers

Recipe: 1 box of Penne Pasta 1 Green Pepper 1 Yellow Pepper 1 Orange Pepper 1 Yellow Pepper 1 Med. size Onion 3 slices of Proschetti (1/2 inch thick) 1 Med. size bag of Brocolli 1 package Johnsonville Sweet Sausage Bake Sausage in Oven until done. Cook noodles until done. Cut up all peppers, onion and proschetti in strips. Cook brocolli on stovetop by packaged directions. Once brocolli is done and drained put peppers, onion, and proschetti in until all is steamed. In a big serving bowl combine all ingrediants together and stir. I put the pasta in the bottom, sausage, brocolli, peppers, onion, and proschetti and then mix all together. You can serve with fresh Parmassean cheese if you like. Enjoy!!!
