Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Recipe: 1 can chicken breast 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 bag mexican blend cheeses 1 package soft taco shells 1 jar salsa cooking spray Heat oven to 350 degrees In a medium bowl mix chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, and half the bag of mexican blend cheeses. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Take one soft taco shell out and fill with two tablespoons of chicken mixture in the center then fold over (in thirds) place in baking pan, continue till all are filled and in the pan. Pour salsa down the center of the enchiladas and sprinkle remaining mexican blend cheese over the top of the salsa. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
