Angel Hair Pasta with fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce

Recipe: 7 med. Tomatoes, skinned and coarsely chopped 8 oz. Angel hair pasta 3 Tbs. Olive oil 1/3 c. Basil, chopped 1/4 c. Parsley, chopped 2 ea. Scallions, minced 1/3 c. Green olives, sliced Salt and pepper Cook and drain the pasta. In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss and serve immediately. NOTE: In place of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
