Crockpot Pork Chops and Gravy

Recipe: 6 (1/2 in thick) pork chops 8-10 new red potatos with peels,quartered 1 16oz package baby carrots 2 cans (10 oz )cream of mushrooms soup with roasted garlic Sprinkle salt & pepper on pork chops Brown porkchop in skillet and place in 5 to 6 qt slow cooker. Place potatos and carrots around porkchops. Heat mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water in sauce pan and pour over chops and vegetables. cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hour. Serves 4 to 6 peaple.
