Remove skin from 4-6 chicken breasts and season to taste with chicken and herb seasoning. Place in crock pot on low setting. Peel and cut up 3-4 potatoes and 6-8 carrots. Add to crock pot. Peel and cut up a whole onion and add to crock pot. Add two cans of creme of chicken soup. Add garlic and other spices to taste. Cook on low setting for 6-7 hours. Enjoy! |
