1 egg white
1 tbl water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pound pecans
1 cup sugar
1 tbl cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2. In a bowl, beat egg white, water and vanilla extract until frothy.
3. Stir in pecan and mix to coat.
4. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and salt and stir into pecan mixture. Spread on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. |
