Sopaipilla Cream Cheese Cheesecake

Recipe: -2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations dough -3(8-ounce} packages cream cheese, softened -1 and 1/2 cups sugar -1 teaspoon vanilla FOR TOPPING: -1/2 cup butter, melted -1/2 cup sugar -2 teaspoons cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll 1 package crescent roll dough in the bottom of a greased 9-by-13 inch pan. 2. Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over dough. 3. Top with second package of crescent roll dough. FOR THE TOPPING: Pour melted butter over dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of dough. Bake 30 minutes. Cool, then chill. Serve with honey. Makes 16 servings, each 310 calories (60.2 percent calories from fat}, 21 g fat, 60 mg cholesterol, 150 mg sodium, 28g carbohydrates, 0 g fiber, 4 g protein.
