Recipe: |
2 pkg. cream cheese, plain
1 pkg. Ranch dressing seasoning mix
Mix these together and set aside.
2 cans rotel tomatoes, drained (any flavor you prefer)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kernel corn, drained
Add these ingredients to the cream cheese mixture. You can serve immediately, or chilled.
Serve with tortilla chips. |
