Beef Pizza in a Pot

Recipe: 15 X 9 Baking Dish 2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained 2 lbs. mozzarella cheese, grated and divided 1 large pack pepperoni 1 large Mac & Cheese (the kind with creamy cheese sauce prepared by box instructions. (I use Chef Boy ar dee canned Mac & Cheese, 2 cans) 1 large jar prepared spaghetti sauce (your favorite kind) 1 jar mushrooms (optional) Red ground pepper to taste (just a little) 1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce Combine all except 16 oz. cheese and pepperoni. Put in a large baking dish (15X9 or so). Top with reserved cheese. Place pepperoni all over the top touching each other (they shrink apart during baking). Bake at 350℉ approximately 45 minutes to an hour, or until bubbly. This makes a great dish for a church gathering. Or you can divide it into 2 dishes and freeze one before baking
