1--8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. Milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 pkg. chipped beef, chopped fine
Mix all ingredients together well and form into a ball.
