The ingredients
4lbs diced potatoes
3 boiled eggs
2 medium diced pickles (dill)
1/4 cup pickle juice (dill)
1 cup light sour cream
1 medium diced onion
4 tsp chives
1 tsp ground mustard
3 tsp paprika
1tsp celery salt
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatoes with the eggs for about 20 minutes.
In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
Rinse potatoes with cold water to stop the cooking.
Peel and dice the eggs.
Fold potatoes and eggs into the sauce.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika and enjoy. |
