1 lb chicken
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel
chili powder, and salt and pepper
corn tortillas,
1 package of grated mexican cheese
Cook chicken in skillet and season with salt and pepper and chili powder to taste.
add onion
cut chicken into cubes, add cream of mushroom and chicken and rotel let simmer 10 mins.
Cut tortillas into triagles and layer in glass dish.
put the mixture from the skillet onto the tortillas (about half) then put cheese on top,
reapeat this layering until done.
bake in oven for 10 to 15min until chees is melted. |
