Take leftover spiral ham or whole ham and cut into cubes. Take a one pound box or less of rotini pasta depending on size of family and cook the pasaa in boiling water but only for about 8 minutes.
Drain pasta and mix with ham. Add a can of cream of celery or cream of chicken soup and mushroom works also. Add a half of cup of sour cream and mix with salt and pepper. If it looks dry add some milk about 1/4 cup to start. When that is all reay put into a square baking dish cover with a cup of shredded cheese, I use cheedar and l;ightly sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with hit veggie or salad. |
