chuck roast
1pkg Au jus gravy (according to directions)
1pkg italian salad dressing (dry) Good seasons
3-5 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 green pepper cut into strips
prepare the AU JUS and pour over roast. Sprinkle the dry seasoning over the top and add garlic and green peppers.
Cook on high in crock pot for 1 hour. then down on low all day. Serve with noodles or rice. It will be shredded. |
