Recipe: |
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
Mix together to blend, set aside
1 onion chopped fine
2 carrots chopped fine
3 green peppers chopped fine
1 red pepper chopped fine
1/2 t. celery seed
parsley flakes (about 2 Tbls.)
garlic salt to taste
1 lbs. thin spaghetti
Cook spaghetti, rinse in cold water and drain well.
combine vegetables and add to spaghetti.
Pour marinade over all and refrigerate.
**Make this the day before needed so spaghetti will absorb liquid
Stir frequently!! |
