Kalua pork
10 pound pork roast.
2 cups water
2 cups soysauce
2-4 TBS liquid smoke
Hand full of rock salt.
Cook in a turkey oven bag. Add all the ingredients into the bag. Cook for 1 hour on 500 degrees and than turn down to 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Shread the meat with a fork. Serve with rice, The sauce is great on the rice and meat. |
