1 Bag of any kind of beans you like ( I enjoy kidney beans)
1 sweet onion cut up
1 cut up Kielbasa sausage
Direction:
Add all together in crock pot, add water,enough to cover beans. Put crock pot on low for 8 hours. Serves 6-8 people. Corn bread is a yummy addition as well.
If you feel very adventurous, mix up your beans you can use pinto and kidney- really whatever you want. And, if you like the taste of smoked BBQ, add some BBQ sauce at the beginning. The beans take on the flavor of whatever you put in the crock pot. |
