Ingredients:
1 Pound of ground Deer meat
1 Pound of ground Pork sausage
3 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 cans of chili beans
1 pack Seasoning Chili mix ( McCormick )
Chili powder
season salt
Meat tenderizer
Hot sause
Jalapeno ( diced )
Directions:
In a deep pot, brown the deer meat and sausage with the season salt meat tenderizer and chili poweder. Once browned add all cans and chili season mix.
Then bring to boil once boiled bring down to simmer, add hot sause and diced jalapenos ( to taste ).
Let simmer for about 1-2 hours, stir occasionally.
Serve as desired. |
