CASSEROLE
1/2 POUND HOT DOGS (SLICED)
1-10 OZ. CAN CONDENSED CHEEDER CHEESE SOUP
1-7 OZ. CAN VACUUM-PACKED WHOLE KERNEL CORN(DRAINED)
2 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED ONION
TOPPING
1 CUP WATER
2 TABLESPOON BUTTER
1 1/2 CUPS MASHED POTATO FLAKES
1/2 CUP MILK
1 EGG SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR CASSEROLE. MIX WELL AND SPOON IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH.
IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN. BRING WATER AND BUTTER TO BOIL. STIR IN FLAKES AND MILK. ADD EGG BLEND WELL AND POUR OVER CASSEROLE. BAKE FOR 35 TO 45 MINUTES SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE BAKE FOR 3 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
