Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies
1 cup white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups cornflakes
Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add butter and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Pour over cornflakes (in a large mixing bowl) and spoon onto wax paper. |
