Cheesy Potatoes and Ham

Recipe: 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered 8 oz sour cream 1/4 cup butter 1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cooked and chopped ham Salt and pepper to taste 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs 2 tbsp melted butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place potatoes in a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil until slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Mix sour cream, butter, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, ham, salt and pepper with potatoes. Spread mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake 30 minutes.
