Best Chili In Town!!
1 T. oil
1/2 C chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 lb ground beef ( cook & drain)
2 Cans stewed tomatoes
2 Cans Kidney Beans (don't drain)
3/4 tsp salt
2 T chili pwdr
1/2 T vinegar
1/2 T brown sugar
Cook oil, onion, meat and garlic; drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours with a cover on the pot. Can top with grated cheese and sour cream. |
