3 Whole Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Mix egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning in a medium sized glass bowl. Cut the chicken into strips about 1 inch long and 1/4 inch wide. Dip strips into 'batter'. Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil on med heat in deep frying pan. Carefully put chicken pieces into hot oil, and turn frequently while cooking about 5 to 6 minutes, until pink color no longer remains.
