Refried Bean Soup Name: Civilian Base: Recipe: 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed. 1 can of fat free refried beans. 1 can of low sodium chicken broth. 1 can of rotel tomatoes. *chopped hot dogs optional* Bring all ingredients together in a pot. Making sure you stir so it wont stick or burn on the bottom. Heat till warm. Kids love this recipe for lunch with chopped hot dogs.
