Chicken & Potato soup

Recipe: 12 tbs of butter or 1/2c of olive oil 1/4 flour 1 tbs dried onion 1/2 tsp parsley 5-6 potatoes 2 cubes of chicken bouillon 5-6 cups of milk 1-2 lbs of cooked shredded chicken or turkey Mix all wet ingredients with a whisk. Then add the dry and mix. Add cubed potatoes and chicken. Cook on low heat, stir often. Cook for 1- 2 hr. Make sure the potatoes are cooked and the soup is thick.
