Banana Raisin Bread

Recipe: 1&2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs 1& 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 tbls. baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup mashed bananas 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup melted margarine 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 cup seedless raisins Method In large bowl combine crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. In small bowl combine bananas, milk, margarine, & eggs; stir this mixture into crumb mixture just until blended. Mix in raisins. Spoon into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
