Recipe: Ingredients3 tablespoons butter 8 thick slices sourdough bread 1 pint eggnog 4 large eggs 1 tablespoonn brandy 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Powdered sugar Maple syrup Method 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggnog, eggs, brandy & ground cinnamon together. 3. Dip bread into egg mixture for a few seconds and place in skillet. Cook about 5-6 minutes. Turn French toast over and cook another 5 minutes until golden brown. 5. Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
