Ground Beef Taco Soup Name: Julia Olene Base: Randolph AFB, Texas Recipe: Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can pinto beans, undrained 1 can kidney beans, undrained 1 can black beans, undrained 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix In a skillet brown the ground beef with the onion. Put into a crock pot with all other ingredients and cook on Slow setting until heated through and all flavors well blended. Serve with corn bread or crackers. (Good to put on before you leave for work so supper is ready when you get home.)
