Ingredients
Jasmine Rice
Soya Sauce
Peas
Corn
Luncheon meat
Chicken Powder (optional)
Directions
Step: 1 Cook rice in a rice cooker, use the same amount of cups as you intend to serve.
Step: 2 After the rice is cooked put in frying pan and stir fry with peas and corn.
Step: 3 After about 10 to 15 min add luncheon meat. Also add chicken powder and soya sauce to taste.
*IMPORTANT* If a lot of peas, corn and rice turn brown not as a result of the soya sauce take out immediately and serve. |
