5 lbs chuck roast
2 large onions chopped
1 cup celery chopped
2 cups catsup
4 Tbs. cider vinegar
6 Tbs. Worcesterchire
2 Tbs. chili powder
4 Tbs. lemon juice
2 cups of water
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot or bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-6 hours. When finished shred the roast. |
