INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour; 1/2 cup butter; 2 cups Sugar; 4 eggs; 2 cups chopped pecans; 2 tablespoons vanilla: DIRECTIONS:
Beat eggs. Add Sugar and beat. Add butter and vanilla and beat. Add flour gradually and beat. Add chopped pecans. Pour into two greased glass pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown. |
