ingredients
1 sm pkg immatation crab
1 sm pkg (20 to 30) small shrimp (deviened)
1 bushel cilantro
5 limes
2 cups clamato juice
1 lg onion
1 lg tomato
salt to taste
tostada shells or chips
directions
dice the tomato, onion and cilantro. Put in lg bowl. add the shrimp, and shred the immataion crab into small peices, and add to the bowl also. squeeze the limes into the mixture add clamato juice and cilatro. mix well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. serve with chips or tosta shells. Add salt to taste. |
