Low Carb Tiramisu

Recipe: Low Carb Tiramisu 2 pkg. (8 oz ea.) fat free sour cream 2 pkg. (8 oz ea.) Neufchatel (reduced fat cream cheese) softened 2/3 cup sugar ¼ cup skim milk 1 tsp. vanilla ½ cup coffee (preferably strong, leftover coffee) 2 Tbsp. Coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua] 2 pkg. (3 oz ea.) ladyfingers, split 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, on high speed, beat until smooth. In a small bowl, combine coffee and coffee liqueur. In a rectangular 2 quart baking dish, layer one package ladyfingers cut side up. Brush with ½ the coffee mixture. Spread ½ the cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, coffee mixture and cheese mixture. In a small sifter or wire strainer, sift cocoa, lightly over all. Refrigerate, covered 24 hours. Note: I use Amaretto instead of Coffee Liqueur.
