6 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 chicken breast half,boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes
9 to 10 bacon slices, cut in half horizontally
wooden tooth picks
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and chilli powder.
Wrap each cubed breast with a halved bacon slice, secure with a wooden toothpick at the seam and dredge in the sugar mixture. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until crisp.
Serve hot or at room temperature |
