Quick beef casserole Name: Nona Kline Base: NAS Pensacola Florida Recipe: 1 Tablespoon butter 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Medium onion [chopped] 1 cup muchrooms [chopped] 1 lb ground beef 3 slightly beaten eggs 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 5 to 6 cups of raw spinach [chopped] Melt the butter and oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and saute. Mix in mushrooms and meat. Cook till done. Add the eggs and seasonings and stir till almost done then add the spinch. Finish stirring till the spinach is done. Serve hot Serves 4to 6 people
