1 Lb. Italian Sausage (Hot or Sweet) Casing removed
1 C. Celery (Diced)
1 Lb. Zucinni (cut into pieces)
1/2 C. Onions (Chopped) can use more if you like onions
1-28oz.Can Tomatoes (Stewed)
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Italion seasoning
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Green Pepper (Chopped)
1 1/2 Pints water = 3 C. water
Brown the sausage and drain the fat. Add celery and onions, cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally, do not let stick to pan. Add all remaining ingrediants, except pepper.
Cook covered 20 minutes. Add green pepper and cook 12 minutes or until peppers are soft. Serve with Hot Garlic Bread. |
