Stewart Recipe: 2 packages of cream cheese, softened. 1 lb of taco seasoned ground beef or turkey 1 16 oz sour cream 1 jar if your favorite salsa 1/2 c. diced tomatoes 1 c shredded cheese 1 small can of black olives, sliced (optional) Spread softened cream cheese into a 9x11 cake pan or caserole dish. Add cooled taco meat next. Then add salsa, followed by sour cream and tomatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and finally olives. If only some like olives, you can add them to only half of the dip. Serve with torilla chips or flavored crackers.
