LIME JELLO SALAD Name: Brandi Thomas Base: Shaw AFB Recipe: LIME JELLO SALAD Prepare 2 packages of lime Jello as directed on package. Use a large bowl. Chill until almost thick. Whip together 1/2 pint of whipping cream and 2 packages of softened Philadelphia cream cheese. Beat until thick. Mix with Jello and beat well. Add 1 1/2 cups of crushed pineapple, 3/4 cup celery (cut fine) and 1 cup nut meats. Chill. This salad should be made the day before it is to be used.
