Recipe: BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 4-6 med potatoes (wedges) 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp minced garlic 2-3 green onions (chopped) 1/2 cup black olives (chopped) 1/2 cup bacon bits 1 tsp chives 1 cup cheese of your choice (shredded) 1 con of sour cream Boil potatoes until done. Saute butter and garlic in large skillet; add potatoes and toss to coat.Put potatoes in baking dish; layer all ingredients except for the sour cream. Put in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream on the side.
