1 pound of hamburger or ground turkey
5 pound potatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat (drain), heat the can of soup and one can of water together until fully combined, add browned meat.
Peel potatoes, dice, and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 until soft.
In a casserole dish, place cooked potatoes in the bottom and cover with the cheese/meat sauce. Cover with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
