Blueberry Coffe Cake

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 ½ cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp sea salt 8 Tbls margarine (softened) ¾ c sugar 2 eggs ½ c sour cream 1 ½ tsp vanilla 2 ½ c blueberries Topping ½ c light brown sugar ¾ c flour ½ tsp cinnamon 5 Tbl margarine (melted) ½ c chopped walnuts Grease 13 X 9 glass pan with PAM. Heat oven to 350°. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and sugar for about 3-4 min. Beat in eggs until smooth; beat in sour cream and vanilla. Once this is blended beat in flour mixture on low speed till well mixed. Spread the batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over batter, then sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over blueberries. Bake for 40-45 min, until cake is browned. Let cool for 10 min, slice and serve.
