1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large onion (dice)
1 pound ground beef
2 Teaspoon french onion soup mix
2 Teaspoon minced garlic
3 cups of mashed potatoes
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup of frozen corn
1 Teaspoon butter
half cup finely shredded sharp chedder cheese
gravy
Heat oil-cook onion
add ground beef to skillet
add french onion soup mix
add garlic
add gravy
add corn
add peas
cook until thicken
make mashed potatoes-add butter
cover meat/vegetable only with potatoes almost to edge
add cheese on top, broil to melt cheese |
